HOW CAN I PLACE THE ONLINE ORDER?

You can place an order online by using our website www.metroshoes.com.pk. You can select the desired article, size, color, and click ADD TO BAG. After selecting the article, go to next step, enter your personal information and contact details, select mode of payment, and place your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

For Local deliveries it takes around 4-7 working Days. For International deliveries, it will depend on courier company service you will choose.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

We offer free delivery to our Local Customers, whereas for international orders the charges depend upon the delivery service chosen.

HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?

Parcel will be delivered at your doorstep by a courier company. Our official Courier Company for COD is Leopards, however, for other mode of payments (easypaisa, PayPal, etc) courier company may vary. When the parcel will be delivered, you will have to sign it as proof of delivery. In case of customer's unavailability, three attempts will be made by the courier company and afterwards the order will be returned to the Metro's Head Office.

WHAT ABOUT UNDELIVERED PARCELS?

If our courier fails to deliver to you the order, the parcel will be returned to us. Our customer services will contact you regarding your undelivered order, and hence further a delivery will be made as per customer's response. In case of no feedback, the order would be canceled.

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS?

You have 15 days to return the goods for exchange from any Metro Shoes Outlets or send the Parcel to our Head Office. For further details please refer to our Returns and refund Policy.
