ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Metro Shoes aims to provide our customers with the best delivery services. Once the parcel will be at your doorstep, a signature on delivery will be required for cross verification. Please ensure you choose the correct (shipping) address for your delivery, i.e. home or work. If no one shows up to sign for the parcel, it may get returned back to us and delay receipt of your order. If any other person collects the parcels on your behalf, Metro Shoes is not responsible for that as far as we have proof of delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping charges are included in the cost of the shoes your order. For international customers, we give multiple services option as mentioned below:

  • PAYPAL
Delivery charges depend upon the service you select. Maximum days for delivery of the particular service are

updated accordingly.

TIME OF DELIVERY

It depends upon your service which you select while you place an order.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If our courier fails to deliver to you, the parcel will be returned to us. Our customer services will contact you regarding your undelivered order, and it would be delivered again as per customer`s response. The order would be canceled in case of no feedback & 3 unsuccessful attempts.
