REPAIR/ EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Unused Shoes can be exchanged in 15 days of purchase.

  • Shoes can be repaired within 15 days of purchase.

  • There is no Refund on any purchase.

  • Garments can be replaced with same article in case of damage / claim within 03 days.

  • No exchange / replacement of bags, clutches or jewelry.
Receipt: Must take computerized receipt on each purchase. For exchange procedure the customer needs to log

the query and place a new order. Customer can send the article personally as well.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

In case of failure in delivery Metro Shoes is not responsible for delivering the package unless the customer contacts in this regard.

FAILED DELIVERIES

In case of the delivery failure, the parcel will be returned to us. A time span of two weeks is kept from the date of returned parcel received for a customer to contact Metro Shoes and arrange for the delivery again. In case of no contact, the order is canceled. A new order has to be placed for the same article delivery. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
