Return & Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange the products online, you may do so in a period no later than 10 days from the day of delivery.

If you wish to return the merchandise purchased from our stores, you may do so by visiting your nearest Metro branch within 10 days from the date of purchase, producing the original receipt, provided the products are unused, unworn and undamaged. 

You must deliver the merchandise in the same packaging in which you received it. To schedule a return, please contact us at +923333338572 in order for us to arrange the collection at your home address. You may also get the exchange by visiting any Metro store. Must bring the digital copy of the order along.
No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond mere opening of the product.Bags & Perfumes will not be exchanged.

Exchange
You can only make exchanges for the same article in a different size or color.

Cancellation
Company holds the right to cancel any order in case of stock out.
