Exchange & Return Policy

We strive to guarantee your contentment with every purchase made from us. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, here are the steps to follow:

  • For online exchanges, please initiate the process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To exchange items bought from our Online Stores, please visit your closest Metro's Store within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt, ensuring that the products are in their unused and undamaged condition.
  • In case you receive a damaged product, please send images of the item to the provided WhatsApp number +92 333 333 8572, or email us at Our official response hours are from 9:30am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You must deliver the merchandise in the same packaging in which you received it. You may also get the exchange by visiting any Metro Shoes Outlet. Must bring the digital copy of the order along.
  • Owing to variations in color displays of monitors/screens and lighting conditions during photoshoots, there may be a slight difference in the color or texture of the actual product compared to what appears on screen. Consequently, products cannot be exchanged for reasons related to color or texture discrepancies. Exchanges will only be made if the product(s) received have a manufacturing defect.
  • No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond mere opening of the product.
  • Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.
  • Items sold under the discounts are subject to a NO-CLAIM, NO-RETURN policy. In other case, we will fully examine the claimed product and will notify you of your right to claim the product. The claim will be made as soon as possible, and within 30 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw.

Exchange / Return

You can only make exchanges for the same article in a different size or color.

For online exchange please intimate within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Exchange will be entertained on the current price, applicable at Metro’s Outlet and Online both (for non-discounted items only).

Delivery of exchange cases will be entertain with in 15 working days.

Bags, Under Clothing, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Accessories and All discounted items will not be exchanged in any case.

Once purchased items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchange is not possible without the original receipt.



Company holds the right to cancel any order in case of stock out, pricing errors etc.
